Upload of non-expired certificates and added VAC certificates older than 365 days #390

@ortwin45 may I ask you to update your fork to the latest main? We had to update the test script due to changes in the schema URL redirect causing tests to fail that should succeed. With the updated script we should only have actual failures not false positives.
