Unclear error "Recovery validTo before condition validTo" and "Condition Failed" is shown for a Technically Valid Recovery Certificate #73

Describe the bug

A technically valid REC certifiate which is chronologically valid during the time of test ( Certificate is valdi from Sep 29, 2021 to Dec 31, 2021) is submitted for check in via the wallet app.

The certificate is found but an unclear error "Recovery validTo befor condition validTo" and "Condition Failed" is shown in the booking frontend.

tvt, 12.10.2021:(look also at documentation in #67) Retest of this ticket with the new Wallet-App-Version 1.2.4-acc(20) shows suprisely positive testresult (all test documentation are in the attachment enclosed!). I close this ticket. Test_TEST_TXR_4013_and_Ticket#67.docx
