Introduced Digital Car Key use case #127

Initial contribution for user story: https://github.com/eu-digital-identity-wallet/eudi-doc-architecture-and-reference-framework/issues/78 Digital Car Key use case is added under section '3.3. Other use cases'. The description is improved in this contribution, hence the previous pull request https://github.com/eu-digital-identity-wallet/eudi-doc-architecture-and-reference-framework/pull/77 is closed.

Thank you for your proposal. As per our response to issue https://github.com/eu-digital-identity-wallet/eudi-doc-architecture-and-reference-framework/issues/78 this will be taken into account for future versions of the ARF subject to the approval process of the eIDAS WG.
