Annex 1: Correct definition of QEAA in table 1 #188

The definition was an exact copy of the definition for "Qualified electronic signature."

I've taken the definition from Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 amending Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 as regards establishing the European Digital Identity Framework, including a URL to Annex V of the regulation.
