ARF Chapter: 2.3 Mobile Driving Licence “A significant use case for the EUDI Wallet involves allowing Users to acquire, store, and present a mobile Driving Licence (mDL) as an attestation to prove their driving privileges.”

Recommendation: For freedom of movement, it is important to specify that the mDL held in the EUDI Wallet does not allow correlation or tracking through a “phone home” call between a relying party and issuer for the purposes of verification.
