Mobile only? What about PC interactions? #275

It was not clear if the architecture presumes a mobile phone is required to use a wallet, or if a wallet could in the cloud and used from a web browser. What are the expected technical requirements of the user? What are the minimum technical capabilities of the phone? Can they have their wallet on more than one phone?

Related to this, can people have more than one device? Do they have to install the credentials in each wallet? What if the device is shared? What happens when they buy a new device? Is the wallet allowed to sync credentials, or does the user have to reinstall all their credentials?

I bring up these points as being able to sync credentials would have architectural implications on how credentials can move around.

This issue may be even more relevant when corporate wallets are considered.
