Add support for JWS JSON

This PR allows the representation of an SD-JWT as a JWS JSOn object. This unlocks the following:

• Verify an issuance SD-JWT in case where the SD-JWT is in JWS JSON format
• Envelop an SD-JWT either in combined format or in JWS JSON format
• Verify a presentation SD-JWT in enveloped format using the aforementioned flexibility
