removed on.branches, as you requested
removed on.workflow_dispatch.inputs to allow manually triggering of our selection, not only tags. To conclude, this action is run 1. automatically when we push a tag with format v...* and 2. manually on our selected tag/branch.
removed cosign install and invocation
renamed action to match filename
