Add the ampl licence field to the gui #23

The solver needs ampl licence to run. https://ampl.com/licenses-and-pricing/ Every user should have this free licence to use solver. What is needed to be done is to add input form to the GUI

Once the gui sends out the AMPL license, the optimiser-controller should pass it on in the call to defineCluster
