Breaking changes in SAL casing used to report deployment status #58

On CD, SAL is now reporting to an app deployment as being "Deployed" and optimiser controller expects it to be "deployed" (see the casing).

@ankicabarisic inform @rudi about all the changes that might impact optimiser controller behaviour
