[TERMINOLOGY] Change domain name of "PBK modelling" domain to "TK modelling" #28

Describe the bug Domain name "PBK modelling" is too restricted as the domain also includes kinetic conversion factor models, which are not PBK models.

Proposal to resolve the issue Suggestion for new domain name is "TK modelling".
