Adds graphs shown in this forum topic Some additional changes for easier debugging for brakes.
I do not know cmake well. The changes seem to work on windows but maybe I still made some mistake.
Add implot graphing library dependency.
Update imgui dependency.
Add additional bitfields for 'distributor locked' and 'aux res charging'.
Replace hex display in brake debug window with ascii.
Add graphs for brake distributor status, brake pressures, and coupler forces.
Add iterator for all wagons in consist, guaranteed to start at one end.
