Add a set of sounds to be defined in tracks and played in tunnels, on viaducts, etc.
Probably the best implementation would require adding a new data file, say, in data/track_environments.txt and defining stuff such as ambient lighting as well, in order to de-hardcode the track environments given in the track nodes.
