Add an output size dropdown for when creating a goomba, etc save on GBA flash cart #279

The output is 64kB but an everdrive expects 32kB

Example save file if one is needed: Pokemon_Prism.srm.zip

User got it working with a 64kB file so we no longer have a use case for this. Removing for now.
