Modified models of C. beijerinckii and M. barkeri #177

Hi,

are the modified models of Clostridium beijerinckii and Methanosarcina barkeri as being used in the example of the syntrophic two-species community model in Bauer et al. 2017 ( https://doi.org/10.1371/journal) publicly available?

hi, yes the model for M barkeri iAF692 [1] and C. beierinckii iCM926 [2] are published and also available at the bigg database or the supplement [3], [4]
