Venue: https://okthess.gr/ Date: 2-11-2024 , 12:00-15:00 (Greece time) Number of expected participants: 15-20. Will the ECC ship out the merchandise or will the hosts have to place an order for merch?(Cardano themed with the ECC and OdyC DAO logos)

Also, since the venue is free, could a part of the venue funds be redirected in to getting some banners for the event?

Our event in Thessaloniki aims to introduce potential funders to the Cardano ecosystem, focusing specifically on ReFi projects and creating meaningful networking opportunities with future builders. The primary objective is to foster a deeper understanding of how Cardano's technology can support innovative, sustainable ventures. If the attendees have questions or comments that are not currently in the founder's blueprints, we will document them in the results documents.

Regarding the banner: The same as what last time. The venue is large, and adding one more would fit. Cost up to €35. The Thessaloniki events are the ones from which we get most of our social media videos/pics, so it is important that they look good

• [ ] Could you please add a little section in your report, explaining Regenerative Finance to the audience.
• [ ] Then, in combination with your insights from the workshop, we all can build from there.
• [ ] Regarding the banner, for the funding it is important that the ECC branding is at least as big as OdyC branding (@Odiobill from your response I read that you have re-confirmed the design to avoid confusion).
• [ ] please note, that funds haven't arrived yet, we expect them in November

1. The ReFi is most likely the wrong acronym for what I indented to say, I meant RWA (real world asset ) tokenization. Apologies for the error.

2. The design of the banner will be the same as he had on the previews workshops, the ECC and OdyC logos where the same size. If you have any other notes for the new banner, please include them before the order is summited.
