Onoarding and Deliverables Meeting with OdyC DAO

Thank you OdyC DAO (currently represented through @SiagasKostas @GeoTsoumas) for joining us as country coordinators.
This is a pilot with the outlook to join our core team later.
We're evaluating after the results of F12 and its potential funding of ECC.
Major criteria will be alignment with your support in accomplishing our goals, outlined in our funding proposals.
In a nutshell: We are all about providing a platform for founders, connecting founders mainly to the Cardano ecosystem and vice-versa.
Compensation for OdyC's contribution will happen through our budget for Social Media, Country Hub support, and our team rewards. Yet we have to stay in close alignment with our proposal funds.

OdyC deliverables

[x] Create a results document from the Country Hubs workshops (CHWS)for our founders' blueprints (#57 #46 - @Odiobill link third Country Hub Workshop issue)
[x] Create a feedback document/issue for us to improve in clarity regarding our countryHub deliverables/params
[ ] support in onboarding more hosts to the CHWS
[ ] share XP of how to host a CHWS (possibly through YouTube (YT) videos in ECC branding or via Greek and Englisch Xspaces through YT@eucardano )
[ ] establish an additional more technical format to our fireside chat project interviews (e.g. Fireside chats: lab talk)
[ ] create a small series on YT@eucardano on how to use and contribute on GitHub as a non technical user (ECC branding)
[ ] support engagement in Discord, Twitter, and YouTube through posts and conversational content (no politics or project bashing)
[ ] (optional) increase visibility of https://youtube.com/@eucardano by extracting content from our fireside chats for shorts; starting with "AAA-projects"'s advice for founders (e.g. Iagon, Meld, also the Chat with VyFi/TM1 had some quote-worthy content)

Following your suggestion, we are considering a monthly all members recap of ECC.

We strongly appreciate your feedback and return the kind words of joint and supportive working experience.
We are still on a learning process so any feedback is valuable. ❤️

Regarding the deliverables

We have them since June 8th in our Discord forum-channel for the workshops (https://discord.com/channels/994521479016357898/1235554708031279214/1248866433761542194) just next to your item created by @SiagasKostas, so I assumed you would see the information.

This outlines two things

Discord is limited capable in displaying organizational data.
We missed to add the new information to the initial event params page as a process, which is done now.

Reimbursements and Payment Processing

We're experiencing issues with the MultiSig in an async working environment.
This issue isn't limited to Summon Platform, but a conflict with the unspent transaction outputs of the wallet.
Some of our team members are also traveling so with 3/4 signatures this can get challenging.
But we're working on it.
However, if receipts are aligned and presented in a dispute free manner, then payments should be processed in less than 7 days.
Any further delays are subject to your coordinating core team support.

I recommend addressing outstanding balances in a support-ticket on Discord to get immediate response. 🌱

Looks like you created a new one.
Just following the process from your previous workshop issues and picking one from the existing, not claimed issues would have done it.
Apologies, I'll keep in mind to communicate that better next time.

You can filter our roadmap by typing "Country Hubs" into the search field. Then find June by clicking on the Milestone links on the left hand side.
