Complete update maps #42

Fix miscellaneous issues related to map plotting and naming of methods.

Change method name from HistC to KCC
Add 50% (avg) to KCC (former HistC) method
Update titles of maps (e.g. from 50 percentile... to 50th percentile)
Add KCC to dropdown menu
Replace deprecated options in map generator with latest methods
