Add nb to clean REA and ClimWIp data and weights #81

What needs to be checked: the attributes of each variable i.e. attrs_vars in the notebooks. @Peter9192 can you check this and give me comments? thanks.

For REA I'm not sure if the data is correct. The input data seems to be in kg/m3/s, the output in %. Where did that change happen?
