update maps for UKCP based on the 2nd revised version of prec data #83

This PR does not address any existing issue. There is an updated version of UKMO precipitation data from data provider (Ben Booth) which was not processed and included in the Atals. This influences all the precipitation maps from constrained data in both summer and winter for UKCP model. This PR replaces old maps with new maps generated based on the latest revised version of data (UKMO_netCDF_revised2.tar.gz).
