URL conventions #26

We started with /usecases/usecase_0/panel_1. Later we moved towards more descriptive /usecases/weighting/panel_1 or /usecases/infra/1_intro. Let's make it uniform and stick with the latter for all usecases.

In #57 we made the stories such that they're no longer nested. So now we just have /storyboards/infra
