add doi to dataset and increase font size

Address comments from WP4 partner Panos Athanasiou.

add doi to the dataset of usecase costal erosion
increase font size on the index page and the side panel (description) of each usecase

For a follow-up PR, it would be nice to make sure the links are in fact hyperlinks. Otherwise: great that this is now added!
