Feedback on story about wind droughts

The story on wind droughts received attention from users, and they've been kind enough to provide some comments.

• The language is a bit unclear to me at times. It includes strange terms (e.g. "Random forest") and some sentences that are difficult to understand.
• The significance of the "risk threshold" (at load factor around 24%) is not clear to me. Why does the study focus on this (arbitrary?) value? And how large is the projected change in load factor in an average year (i.e. median) and in a risk year (i.e. 10%)?

Would it be possible to update the storyboard based on (some of) these comments, or can we provide an answer here? I'd be happy to help implement the changes.
