Several changes including addition of hostnames and update to Kafka 1.1.0

Updated Kafka to 1.1.0
Added hostnames in the format vkc-X (vkc = vagrant kafka cluster) to make it easier to connect from an external system
Changed the private network to allow for connecting applications on the host machine to the cluster
Changed zookeeper start script command (it was just not running for me)
Updated Vagrantfile to "always" run zookeeper and broker provisioning scripts
Changed the Apache mirror; I was having terrible luck with the original one resolving consistently
Fixed a few minor typos and updated the README

Thanks to the creator for publishing this, it's been an extremely useful environment for learning/experimentation!

Looks and plays great! Merging (have to squash the commits to keep history a bit cleaner)!
