NetworkManger rules need ID_NET_DRIVER #180

NM has rules to prevent automatic management of certain interfaces, like the ones created by docker as can be seen here.

this works on system-udevd but not on eudev, because of this everytime i run a new docker container i get constantly spammed with notifications by NM.

Can you please confirm if that is still the case with the latest release?
