Providing an ebuild for eudev, Manifest and metadata.xml files #285

Hi, please include in the top-level README.md a link where to download from sys-fs/eudev/ files: eudev-$num.ebuild, metadata.xml and the Manifest. It would be helpfull to those who don't have the files anymore in the portage tree. If the preferred way is to add some overlay, like without-systemd, please make it clear. Although I think providing the few files is safer.

an overlay is definitely the way to go here. we've urged the people protesting the removal of eudev from ::gentoo to make one, not sure if they ever did.

(EDIT: ps, you should just use sys-apps/systemd-utils[udev] as it is more up to date)
