Update README.md #127

There is no documentation for the site-url config option. It is important because google webmaster tools will not recognize the sitemap.xml file without this option properly set.

Hi there, and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

My concern here is that adding more and more stuff to the README isn't tenable in the long run.

There's a growing number of options, most of them are rather poorly documented (as you observed), and just dumping everything in the README isn't going to really help.

Now, your PR definitely makes things better (albeit not perfect), so I'll merge it now. We can look at adding better organized docs afterwards. Thanks and — once again — apologies about the delay in getting back to you.
