Default theme ported to Jekyll #154

I really like Cactus default simple theme and I wanted to port it to Jekyll (cause of the great GH Page support).

I didn't find any licence reference so I thought to release it under MIT with reference/copyright to the Cactus Authors - Hope this is fine, otherwise I'll appreciate any direction.

I still need to add the different layouts (portfolio,...) and clean it up a bit, now its a just mix of profile/blog.

I just wanted to share it with you.

Hey @nickbalestra ,

I'm not actually sure I've seen this theme before – it might be from Cactus for Mac (which is based on Cactus but includes its own stuff on top of it).

I'm not actually a part of Cactus for Mac (though I work on Cactus itself), so I'll let @koenbok comment on this.
