How to make Cactus.app deploy to "eu-central" instead of "us-east"?

Hi. I use os x app for Cactus and can't deploy to Frankfurt. How can I update the app to make it work like "github" version?

@reznik Just add "aws-bucket-region": "eu-central-1" into your config.json
