Setting a desktoppicture does not work from fullscreen mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an image
2. Switch to Fullscreen mode in Xee
3. Try to set a wallpaper with right click (Use image as desktop picture)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Desktop picture has changed. But the old one remains.
When exiting full screen mode the setting of desktop wallpaper works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Xee 3.0.6 (23) and OS X 10.8.4

Looks like this is an OS X bug. I've looked very hard, and there should be no 
reason for it not to work in fullscreen. OS X does not report any error when I 
try to set the image, it just doesn't do anything.

For now, I've disabled the function while in fullscreen. This sucks, but I 
can't figure out a way around it.

It should be reported to Apple, I guess, but I am pretty sick of their terrible 
handling of bug reports...

I don't get the option at all in fullscreen mode.  Also, 'm getting this error 
from non-fullscreen mode, when attempting to right-click the image and set as 
desktop background.  I get this error: 

"image name.jpg" couldn’t be copied to “Xee3” because an item with the 
same name already exists.  To save the file, either provide a different name, 
or move aside or delete the existing file, and try again.

I have Xee(3) and OSX v10.9.1 on an iMac 27 3.4GHz i7.
