correc event times #2

I corrected the event time values. Kinetic scrolling works with this change. My first commit adds two missing return statements which are important on x86 hardware. I would like to continue my work on this project. I'm currently testing with multitouch gestures.

I wasn't spending any decent time on this project this year, and I have no plans to do so in the nearest future, as I'm too busy with my other projects atm. But I guess I could find a few hours per month to help you with verifying/testing your next updates, when needed.
