Weird behavior when move and fire death ray on same turn #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have size 5.0 death ray
2. right click very close to death ray for small move that sets direction.
3. click fire death ray button (with >9 AP)

barrel of death ray moves in desired direction, then death ray doesn't
fire, then barrel is pointing in opposite direction it moved.
