Right now month separators in "newest first" mode are sometimes confusingly laid out at the end of an icon row. Might be better to display them in a different way, as horizontal rules or such.
Could be that our IconView doesn’t cut it and we have to replace it with a better, custom widget, possibly solving #5 while at it.
