DLabelImage doesn't have to store BrokenString #469

Create it and release immediately after use. It's an rudiment from ancient experiments on trying to make Label more efficient :)

Almost finished. Now just push it completely to DecoFont and make DBrokenString local type and remove from DLabelImage.
