lasercutter (K40): EMI lockups #3

When firing the laser it is possible to confuse the PC USB interface. This can result in a locked up computer that requires reboot. It makes for a very flaky experience.

More diagnostic is needed but it is possible that the lasercutter should have an isolated power supply and USB connection to the control PC. It is somewhat related to #2

Change title tag to K40B for clarity, as we have 2(3) K40 class machines. The currently configured unit (that this issue refers to) is labelled K40B.
