Fix various bugs observed when bookmarking peak groups involving isotopes

[x] Bookmarking re-pulls isotopes, this should be based only on the visible samples (not all samples)
[x] If an isotope is completely combined, it should not appear in the list of isotopes.

Neither of these are working - will require a more in-depth look.

It appears these are actually working now - tried bookmarking both from double click as well as from shift + click.
