Accessibility - arrow key drawing

Some people have trouble drawing. If it isn't too high effort, it would be nice to add an accesibility mode that turns on arrow key cursor movement + draw button (double tap to lock). Dragging on screen would only reposition the cursor, not draw

As with all acessibility features, this mode will probably be beneficial for everyone, making it easier to make precise changes

Hey I’d love to take a shot at this, should this affect object placement too and if so should it be the same interact key?
