feat: add stairs and bridge flat designs #80

This PR adds all bridge and stairs flat designs with the two available sizes of bridges (across 4 and 5 tiles of water).

Issues #29 and #28

I've used this design with some modifications

Hey! I've been hesitant to add this one because it does add a lot of sprites at once, and I am not quite certain this style matches the app.

I am in the process of updating the UI to support large numbers of options - I'll probably add this after I make that change!
