Firstly, this situation is not very severe because users can still resize the windows to view the entire name.
Also, the name of the products are rarely very long until it cannot be seen fully even when the app is full screen.
Even if the name of the products cannot be seen fully on full screen, users can use other methods to get the full product name. For example, using editp command gives the edited product name in the result display (where there is a horizontal scroll bar if the name is very long).
Lastly, there are other ways of differentiating products, such as price, cost price, description etc.
At most, this provides a minor inconvenience as the users need to resize the window for long product names.

Superlong product names show as ellipsis. For product names with super long names, we need to differentiate them. So, we should show all the characters. If not the shopowner cannot differentiate products with long names!
