Add ChatGLM Series #81

I am a member of the Zhipu AI and I am mainly maintaining the github repos of ChatGLM. This PR is to hope that you can add our open source LLM work to the form.

Thank you for this commit! I'm trying to read the license and it's not clear to me whether it's commercial-use or not—could you confirm please?

It is free for commercial-use ,in readme here we also emphasize.

更全面的开源序列： 除了对话模型 ChatGLM3-6B 外，还开源了基础模型 ChatGLM-6B-Base、长文本对话模型 ChatGLM3-6B-32K。以上所有权重对学术研究完全开放，在填写[问卷](https://open.bigmodel.cn/mla/form)进行登记后亦允许免费商业使用。

The writing format and disclaimer of the certificate are fixed to better comply with the management of the Chinese LLM in early time(2023). The form is here likes llama and also free for commercial-use. The License

Thanks for the details! It seems like commercial use is dependent on filling up the form, review by the team, and issue of the license. Overall, there are several steps before it can be used commercially, and it's not clear if commercial use is guaranteed. Thus, it's not as accessible as the MIT or apache 2 licenses of the other models on this list. As a result, we'll not be adding this model to the list.
