using jqueryrotate with canvas not working as expected

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the rotation function to work with degrees and work in IE9.
As the rotation is still function in radians I gather that my main.js is not 
detecting jqueryrotate.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using v2.3
testing with Chrome & Firefox on XP SP3 rotation only works in radians.
Does not work in IE9 on vista

Please provide any additional information below.

Thank you for your help framing my question on StackOverflow. On researching 
further I now believe the problem is elsewhere in my code as recreating my game 
without using Canvas works. I would be happy for this issue to be removed from 
the list.
