Not working in IE8 on a div #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have applied this library on a div but its not working in IE8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it shows me without roated object insteed of roated div object

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using 2.3 version of library on winsows 7 ultimat operating system
