Provide changelog #52

Right now you have to diff the versions and figure out yourself what changed. It would be great to have a dedicated changelog file at hand so it is easy to read up on what changed between versions.

Agreed. If somebody want to contribute a historical one (feel free to include as much or as little as you deem fit), that would be very welcome. If not, let's start a log from here on out on the next release.
