Counter-intuitive behavior for removeappt #6

I tried removing an appointment for "David Li" by using deleteappt david li. I expect it to handle case-insensitive, but it didn't.

Thanks for reporting.

First off, the command is removeappt. The User Guide does not mention that it is case-insensitive, but we see your point. The team will discuss if we should, in the next version, make it case-insensitive or update the User Guide to state that it is case-sensitive explictly.
