Cannot check for Godot Manager updates #101

Describe the bug Clicking Check for Updates shows "Failed to get release information from Github"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click About
  3. Click Check for Updates
  4. See error

Expected behavior A message saying that there are or aren't updates
