Currently, Godot manager 0.2.x, is unable to get downloads from Tuxfamily, as their SSL Certificate has expired. This is outside of my control, and will be moving to Github for all releases in the future, as Godot Development team has already expressed that they are deprecating support for Tuxfamily, outside of a backup server. There is now the godotengine/godot-builds repository, specifically for hosting all releases of the Godot Engine, simplifying the code base.
I will work on correcting the name resolution in Godot 4 downloads, due to the change in the naming convention, to allow the 0.2.x release of Godot Manager to be able to download these official build releases, but Tuxfamily will only be available when the team behind Tuxfamily gets things corrected, and is not recommended. Godot Manager 0.3.0 will use Godot-Builds Repository in the future.
