Update docs and add CMake calls for building, installing etc. And adapt bpftime for this, such as updating manually organized runtime tests
Update docs with CMake command lines that has equivalent effect like make release-with-llvm, etc
List all CMake options we defined, and other frequently-used ones. Such as LLVM_DIR, ENABLE_LLVM_JIT, CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE, and so on
Update unit tests of runtime, make the tests can run without Makefile(i.e we won't need a Makefile to run the unit tests, and the tests could be build by building a single cmake target)
