Standardizing Name Entries for Consistency #11

I've observed that the system allows the addition of two people with the same name but different capitalization. To maintain uniformity and ensure clarity, it might be beneficial to standardize the process by converting all names to lowercase and checking for duplicates using lowercase letters. This approach would help avoid confusion and ensure consistency in the system's data.
