Order Observer changes Order State regardless of Payment Method #1

This is a huge problem with this extension.

Currently the Observer doesn't check the order's payment method to only execute its logic on eupago-module-mbway orders.

I am forking this repository and posting a pull request to solve this issue since it messed up order statuses on all other payment methods!
