Make templates for issue

One of the things to do this week is create an issue template. Here is an example.

I think the main project's issue template is fine. What do you think about this?

How about creating issue templates corresponding to our project labels?

All right, we have the following labels.

• bug: Something isn't working
• documentation: Improvements or additions to documentation
• duplicate: This issue or pull request already exists
• enhancement: New feature or request
• good first issue: Good for newcomers
• help wanted: Extra attention is needed
• invalid: This doesn't seem right
• question: Further information is requested
• wontfix: This will not be worked on

I think it would be good to make a "bug", "question" and "help wanted" template first.

Creating with some fundamental issue labels is one way. ex) "bug", "question" "help wanted" “new feature”

Okay, but let's change the "new feature" to "enhancement" so that it can have a wider meaning.
